Senior Accounts Executive
Purpose:
Responsible for the financial, management accounting and tax functions of the Company
Responsibilities:
Responsible the preparation of the Company's full set of accounts, management report & tax reporting
Ensure daily transaction are recorded & updated
Responsible for monthly closing and prepare for the full set accounting reports
Preparation of consolidation of statutory and management accounts
Reconciliation of bank, debtors & supplier's records
Preparation of tax computations and estimates
Liaise with internal/external auditors, regulatory authorities and other parties to ensure compliance with audit, tax and statutory requirements
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting
At least 3 years working experience in Finance/Accounting/Audit
Requires skills: MS Office, ERP System
Good in English in verbal, reading and writing. We are seeking candidates proficient in English and other languages to effectively communicate with our diverse client base, leaders and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and result oriented with good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently to maintain high standard and accuracy
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:30pm
