1. Support in sales and marketing activities
2. Coordinate sample procurement from supplier and issuance to customer
3. Liaising with supplier/customer/forwarder for execution of business operations
4. sound knowledge of Export and Import documentation (bill of lading, invoice, packing list etc.) as per business requirement
5. Follow-up for receivables/ payments
6. Provide any general assistance during customer/ supplier visit, trade exhibitions, business meetings etc
7. Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as and when assigned by seniors
Experience in FMCG/ trading companies in FMCG business will be an added advantage.
