Title: Senior /Talent Acquisition Executive

Purpose of Role The role of the Talent Acquisition Executive is to lead the local and regional recruiting efforts from Singapore. The role will be responsible for fulfilling the hiring needs , to deliver the ambitious growth of company, contribute towards defining and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. The role will manage the day-to-day recruiting and hiring operations, and the network of recruiting partners across the region.
Reporting to Head of HR
Principal Accountabilities Develop company employer branding
• Develop the perception of company as an attractive employer, and drive a consistent image within and outside the company across the markets

Source for talents
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into successful recruiting strategies
• Develop annual recruitment plans for the purpose of filling resource gaps or redeploying resources based on skills
• Manage and support the delivery of the recruiting strategy and plan for company demonstrating sensitivity to differing business needs – giving priority to key positions
• Build and share knowledge and understanding of sourcing channels, using a variety of sourcing methods to source candidates that meet the target profile
• Build and foster a network of trusted partners across Asia to quickly address company recruiting needs

Recruit candidates
• Implement standard procedures in selection, assessment and hiring, in accordance to fair employment regulations and practices
• Screen and shortlist candidates and support the hiring process to ensure a positive and consistent experience for candidates
• Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Lead the offer preparation with candidates, communicate employment offers to candidates and negotiate terms and conditions of offer to selected candidates within standard operating guidelines
• Provide timely updates to key stakeholders on recruitment metrics (e.g. actual vs. budget vs. pipeline of suitable candidates) and use output to streamline and improve the recruitment process

Facilitate onboarding of new employees
• Develop new hires information packs for new employees
• Develop content and materials for new hire onboarding and deliver onboarding briefings for new hires
• Facilitate the onboarding process together with the relevant departments to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding

HR Operations

• To assist the HR team in the area of HR Operations / HR Projects as needed.
Formal Education & Knowledge • Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant fields
• Know-how of employment legislations for the region
• Professional qualifications in HR Management a plus
• Fluent in English and Chinese
Competence/ Experience Required • 5 to 8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably with experience in regional recruitment
• Prior recruitment experience from the field of engineering is highly desirable
• Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in an organization with cultural diversity and HR regulatory framework
• Proven track record in working with the business on future staffing requirements and recruitment budgets
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and engagement with the business to understand their hiring needs
• Ability to work at ease with cross-functional teams that span multiple locations
• Skilled in balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Takes initiative, personal ownership and accountability
• Ability to work with challenging stakeholders
