Job Description

Position Summary

Manage the preparation and implementation of innovative solutions for existing operations. Facilitate the implementation, sustainment, and advancement of warehouse Lean business system through facility awareness and continuous training.

Primary Responsibilities

 Drive Key analysis to identify improvement initiatives across operations for process improvement, cost saving or operational efficiency at current facilities.
 Studying current process to find opportunities for implementation of automations to either improve the efficiency or save cost compared to current process.
 Develop project costs for approval by Management.
 Interface as required with the clients and various Worldwide groups
Worldwide Account Management and Operations Teams, project personnel, Business Development, Information Technology staff to fully and accurately define requirements and solution approach.
 Leverage, share and build Worldwide knowledge of the specific vertical markets.
 Work closely with operation director and country general manager to implement operation
improvement initiatives.
 Define and implement operation improvement roadmap
 Work on key operation areas to drive target achievement in the day-to-day operation
including daily debottlenecking, metrics management and regular performance report
 Strong problem-solving skill – both high level conceptual problem solving and analytical
problem solving.
 Data driven individual with ability to analyse and synthesize complex data and information
into actionable insights.
 Drive company Operating System and train operations team on company principles.


This position requires minimum of three years experience in one or more key functional areas: supply chain management, logistics, transportation management, distribution or in an industrial environment.


Bachelor’s degree in an Industrial Engineering field (or Supply Chain Management equivalent).

Technical Skill Requirements

o Strong project management skills.
o Process oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.
o Experience with logistics decision support and computer modeling software preferred.

Operational experience required

o Lean Six – Sigma certification.
o Requires excellent computer skills, including spreadsheet and database proficiency.
o Knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and supply chain best practices such as Lean
Management principals.
o Ability to deal with complex, short-time frame situations required.
