Job Description
- Provide all IT operation related supports to global users, i.e., primary to Singapore & Malaysia and 2nd level supports to other sites
- Support Singapore & Malaysia’s users on IT’s requests and Level 2 incidents/problems resolution onsite & remotely for Singapore & Malaysia plants
- Perform daily IT operation routine tasks, e.g., verify/rectify daily site system backup, security patches, and anti-virus pattern update
- Administer global servers, i.e., Empirum (Automated software deployment); Virtual Desktop Infrastructure; Atempo (PC backup software) & Server backup, etc.
- Provide extended help (i.e., Resolution / Escalation) to Helpdesk team, and Remote IS
- Involve in operation support and support various functional duties (i.e., Helpdesk, Network, and Data Centre)
- Lead and participate in infrastructure projects
- Perform pre-defined Systems administrative tasks
- Provide training to local IS/users
- Document system and user manual, operational procedures
- Maintain IT inventory
- Interface between users and IS team for request and issue
- Other duties as assigned
- Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of IT experiences on PC supports (i.e., Microsoft Windows 7/10; Office Applications, etc.)
- Possess Knowledge of Networking; Microsoft Windows Server OS 2008 R2 & above (i.e. Active Directory etc.) & Server Applications (i.e., Exchange, etc.)
- Preferably certified with MCSA
- Possess good inter-personnel skills
- Self-motivated with the good ability to learn new skills
- Initiative to improve service level
