Job Description


Qualified candidates are responsible for company sales in South East Asia. Will manage a mix of direct and indirect sales through a mix of sales reps and distributors.  Will coordinate with a team of other complementary direct sales people in Asia.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth of company products in South East Asia
  • Direct key account development and sales responsibility
  • Develop and manage a sales rep network along with a family of distributors
  • Develop technical solutions for customer applications utilizing the company product offering
  • Generate customer quotations and proposals – working w/ Engineering, Programs and Finance teams as required
  • Collaborate with engineering on product design and manufacturing instructions for new orders
  • Manage expectations between customers and the company on lead times, expedites, and availability
  • Provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates
  • Make decisions to support sales and grow the business
  • Travel expectations up to 60% as required



  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business management, operations or engineering preferred
  • Minimum 5-years’ experience in outside sales environment
  • Familiar with establishing and managing a sales rep network
  • Market knowledge including: Wireless, Test & Measurement, RF & Microwave Module/Component, Transportation, Healthcare, Commercial Air
  • RF/Microwave interconnect sales preferred, engineered solutions based sales system
  • Technically competent – comfortable discussing technical requirements such as RF electrical specifications and mechanical requirements
  • Located in Singapore or Malaysia or Vietnam
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin  will be a plus.
