Job Description
- Lead a team of service engineers and technicians in providing Maintenance to existing customers
- Provide technical support to a leading range of security products, including troubleshooting and solving technical problems
- Performing scheduled maintenance
- Lead improvement in product configurations and service packaging to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-house technical training on our products, which include card access, CCTV and anti-intrusion systems, VMS etc.
- Possess strong leadership qualities with good communication skills and high energy
- Good supervisory skills with hands-on approach
- PC knowledge in MS Office and basic network configuration
- Oversee service and maintenance daily operations
- Ensure all service and maintenance jobs are executed to expected standards
- Manage and resolve escalated service issues
- Liaison with system manufacturers on fault resolution
