Job Description
OUR CLIENT is looking for a Community Manager who can assist OUR CLIENT in engaging with the gaming community to foster a stronger relationship with the fans, promote content and activities.

He or She will be responsible for working with the rest of the team to create community engagement strategies, execute events and play an active role in the community.

He or She must possess creativity to conceptualize, plan, and execute ways of building an online and offline presence that is in line with our business objectives.


  • Daily communication with fans (through fan groups/ supporter groups/ livestreams/ post by OUR CLIENT and Talents) to build a stronger relationship between community and OUR CLIENT
  • Brainstorm with the Community Team to develop new ideas and strategies.
  • Plan & Execute Community initiatives.
  • Provide support for community-related events and work closely with OUR CLIENT supporters.
  • Suggest and execute any idea that might help us build a stronger bond with the community.


• Able to connect well with people
• Display good initiative to find solutions and work independently to ensure timely delivery.
• Creativity and the ability to develop original content & activities that provokes engagement.
• Good grasp of gaming and esports trends
• Basic understanding of various esports game title (PUBGM, MLBB, CODM etc)
• Ability to engage with gamers
• Passion for esports/gaming
• Self-discipline & Team player
• In-depth understanding of target audience consumption habits
• 1 – 2 years working experience in the related field
• Excellent mastery of MS Excel and other MS Office software.
• Fun & creative personality
• Stay up to date with online trends in order to ensure relevance
• Speaks fluent English
• Good command of written English
