Job Description

Job Scope
– Attend to customers’ inquiry
– Prepare and process Air Export booking request
– Arrange for collection of cargo at customers’ premise
– Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
– Mange customers’ expectations and complaints
– Verify invoices from vendor
– Prepare customers’ report
– Monitor closely on assigned customer inbound shipments
– Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival
– Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them
– Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
– Maintain close communication with authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance
– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager

Requirement
– Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
– Must be able to work independently
– Must be able to converse in English through email and phone
– Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
– Outgoing personality
– Willing to learn with good attitude
– Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be an advantage
– Fresh / without experience can apply as training will be provided
