So, does that really mean you should take a job with a pay cut?
While many sources would have you believe just that, the answer is actually far from it. Even in the present job market, the right skills and experience are always in demand.
Despite the pandemic, several sectors such as IT and Automation are booming, and jobs in these sectors are offering lucrative salaries to deserving candidates.
So, it’s not really a matter of whether you should take a job with a pay cut, but rather what options you have in front of you at the moment.
